Wizard Zombie is a recurring character within the Plants vs. Zombies franchise. Wizard Zombie can transform plants into sheep with his dark magic, disabling them in addition to letting zombies walk past them, and will be transformed back into plants when the Wizard Zombie is killed. He is one of the most infamous zombies in the game, because of his similar ability to Octo Zombie, the most infamous out of all the zombies in Plants Vs. Zombies 2.
As of Plants vs. Zombies 3, Wizard Zombie has appeared in three games.

Plants vs. Zombies 2[]

Wizard Zombie first appears in Plants Vs. Zombies 2 as the ninth zombie encountered in the Dark Ages. Its first appearance is in Dark Ages - Night 11. Wizard Zombie has the ability to transform plants into sheep that cannot be destroyed until he is killed.

Plants vs. Zombies: All Stars (Archived content)[]

Although it has the same appearance as in the original game, in Plants vs. Zombie: All Stars Wizard Zombie has the ability to attack plants from a distance and always spawned behind another zombie, making him difficult to kill
