Hello! Sick of using Power Ups for Travel Log stuff? Can't find that perfect level with the perfect amount of zombies, but it's not too hard? Well this guide is for you! This guide will give you easy-ish levels without using Power Ups! (Note: this guide only provides tips for world specific zombies. No bucketheads or Conehead quest tips or anthing like that.) Remember, if you're gonna lose a level, don't be afraid to lose if it means getting closer to finishing a quest! :) Whenever I mention 'Gargs', I'm referring to Garantuars.
Pinata Partys will also provide almost all Quest Zombies.
TIP! If you play Endless Mode to find a Zombie, try to make sure that there are no Gargs. To do this, on the pick plants screen, if the zombies on the right doesn't include your Quest zombie, or contains a Garg, click the pause button, then click retire. It'll ask you whether you want to Save and Quit, or continue game. Tap Continue Game. Do this until you get your quest zombie with no Gargs in one level.
All AE Zombies - Either Pyramid of Doom or AE Day 25
Swashbuckler - PS Day 22. I recommend using the Zombie Popcorn Strategy (made by Bolt-weed) since you can set it up, start the zombies, and go get food or something. Anyway.
Seagull - Those Cannons Away levels.
Imp Cannon - Still don't know yet.
Barrel Roller - PS Day 25
Pirate Captain - PS Day 25
Pirate Garg - PS Day 25
Prospector - WW Day 25
Piano - WW Day 25
Poncho - WW Day 25
Chicken Wrangler - Either WW Day 10 or WW day 22. Day 10 is easy, but gives less than 10. Day 22 is hard (don't remind me) but gives a pretty good amount of Chicken guys. You could also do Electric Boogaloo Step 10, if you haven't beaten it already. (Thanks to BF10 for the Pinata Party and Electric Boogaloo tips.)
Wild West Garg - WW Day 25
All Far Future Quests - FF Day 25
For Dark Ages Quests, play DA Night 20. Wizard Zombies MAY be difficult, but if there are too many, you may want to use Kernel-pult's plant food.
Zombie King - Since this jerk isn't in DA Night 20, play DA Night 16.
For almost all of BWB's quests, play BWB Day 32.
Fisherman Zombie - Tiki Torcher. Only play Days 23 and 28 of BWB if either you're desparate, or if you can beat them without Power Ups. (It's possible!)
Hunter Zombie - Icebound Battleground.
Troglobite - Icebound Battleground. Remember to bring Hot Potato with you to troll them.
Exavator, Parasol, Bug, Lost Pilot, Turquiose Skull, Imp Porter - LC Day 32
Lost City Garg - LC Day 16
Relic Hunter - Anything. Just do any level that has them.
For NMT Zombies - NMT Day 32.
Metal Hair Garg - NMT Day 19. Remember that you most likely have Mower Launch at this point.
Fossilhead - JM Day 1. It has them, and it's pretty easy since it has no dinos.
Newspaper - Just play whatever Beghouled level was the easiet for you.
Imp Super Fan - Highway to the Danger Room. I recommend retiring until so have a setup with Super Fans, no Gargs, and no Football Zombies.
Football Zombie - MD Day 25.
As for the other ones, I'm trying to find days that have them and are easy. Feel free to comment your own (possibly better advice) or give advice for quests not given. Thank you, and have a nice day! :)
