Plant Ratings

This is how good I find certain plants.

Plants vs. Zombies

Peashooter: 4/10, useless once you get the Snow Pea.

Sunflower: 10/10, basically vital during the day.

Cherry Bomb: 7/10, good instant-kill for emergencies.

Wall-nut: 8/10, good cheap defensive plant.

Potato Mine: 8/10, great for killing the first few zombies.

Snow Pea: 8/10, very useful, especially combined with Kernel-pults.

Chomper: In online version: 9/10, great against Giga-Footballers. In full version: 1/10, practically useless.

Repeater: 7/10, useful when combined with Snow Peas.

Puff-shroom: 9/10, a must have at night.

Sun-shroom: 10/10, an even more important plant than the Puff-shroom at night.

Fume-shroom: 9/10, full of epicly awesome deadly fumes!

Grave Buster: 7/10, useful at night, useless elsewhere.

Hypno-shroom: 4/10, only useful against Football Zombies when you lack powerful plants.

Scaredy-shroom: 2/10, why would anyone bother with this when they can just use Puff-shrooms?

Ice-shroom: 7/10, great for stalling during huge waves.

Doom-shroom: 5/10, evil and powerful, but the crater just kills its usefulness.

Lily Pad: 9/10, required in almost all Pool Levels.

Squash: 9/10, a better Potato Mine.

Threepeater: 2/10, ugh, just plant three Peashooters already.

Tangle Kelp: 4/10, I rarely use it.

Jalapeno: 8/10, awesome instant-kill!

Spikeweed: 9/10, it can kill off those pure evil Zombonis!!!

Torchwood: 7/10, I prefer Snow Peas in most circumstances, unless I need the Torchwood's crowd control.

Tall-nut: 9/10, it can block jumping zombies, nuff said.

Sea-shroom: 8/10, it's really really good in the Fog Stage, I always try to leave room for it in the seed tray.

Plantern: 9/10, fog? What fog?

Cactus: 5/10, why bother with it?

Blover: 8/10, good for saving space in the seed tray and killing two birds with one stone.

Split Pea: 3/10, there are many better options for Diggers.

Pumpkin: 10/10, what reason is there to hate it?

Magnet-shroom: 7/10, great in most modes, except for Survival Modes. Also a perfect anti-Digger defense.

Cabbage-pult: 7/10, why use Peashooters when you can use this?

Flower Pot: 10/10, because it's vital on the Roof.

Kernel-pult: 9/10, Kernel-pult plus Snow Pea equals WIN!

Coffee Bean: 9/10, Gloom-shrooms during the day!!!

Garlic: 8/10, great with Gloom-shrooms!

Umbrella Leaf: 6/10, good for Roof levels and Survival: Endless.

Marigold: 5/10, because of gold farming in Last Stand.

Melon-pult: 8/10, OWNAGE!!!

Gatling Pea: 5/10, for 50 sun more you can have a high-damage crowd controller that slows zombies, so why bother with Gatlings?

Twin Sunflower: 6/10, only for Survival Modes.

Gloom-shroom: 1,000/10, ALL HAIL THE GLOOM-SHROOM!

Cattail: 6/10, only for Survival Modes.

Spikerock: 10/10, DEATH TO ZOMBONIS!

Gold Magnet: 5/10, but only with Marigolds, and useless in Xbox 360 version.

Winter Melon: 10/10, my most used upgrade, despite the fact that I like the Gloom-shroom much more.

Cob Cannon: 7/10, only for Survival: Endless and Survival: Roof Hard. (Darn Zombonis ruining my defenses on the Roof)

Imitater: 10/10, yay, two Pumpkins!

Plants vs. Zombies 2

Peashooter: 5/10, the Cabbage-pult has less advantages than before and Snow Pea's a premium, so it stays useful until you get Bloomerangs.

Sunflower: 7/10, mostly useless when you get Twin Sunflower.

Wall-nut: 8/10, same reasons as before.

Super Potato: 8/10, same reasons as before.

Headband-pult: 6/10, good in Ancient Egypt, great spread damage with Plant Food as well.

Jamaican Bloomerang: 7/10, perfect until you get Lightning Reed, but then useless once you get Laser Bean.

Fez Buster: 10/10, IT'S FREE!

Cuteberg Lettuce: 9/10, IT'S FREE TOO!

Twin Sunglassesflower: 10/10, woohoo, it isn't an upgrade anymore, now I don't need normal Sunflowers!

Bonk Choy Champion: 0/10, I can't understand why anyone with a single intelligent brain cell would ever, EVER want to use this.

Viking Repeater: 6/10, good, but not as good as Bloomerangs.

Karate-pult: 9/10, it's been buffed! Thank goodness for five-second stunning.

Firefighter Snapdragon: 8/10, NOT the Chomper ripoff I thought it would be, but more of a short-ranged multi-row Fume-shroom.

Disguiseweed: 6/10, no Zombonis means it's much less helpful, although it's good for Chickens.

Coconut Engineer: 10/10, like a Melon-pult, but better.

Cross-dressing Bean: 5/10, a reusable Potato Mine for the Pirate Seas.

Secret Agent Cherries: 6/10, it loses a point because it took ages for me to unlock.

Glassesrock: 7/10, it's been debuffed! Why can it only break three objects now???

Davepeater: 2/10, ugh, just plant two Snapdragons already.

Angel-Devil Pea: 7/10, there are less ways to kill Prospectors than there are ways to kill Diggers, so this time, the Split Pea is useful.

Diaper Bean: 9/10, it would be ten out of ten if it could kill zombies which don't eat plants.

Lampshade Reed: 10/10, multi-row zappage which should keep me happy until they bring the Gloom-shroom back.

Moustache-nut: 8/10, only useful against a few zombie types.

Hat Pod: 1/10, WAY too expensive.

Sailor-pult: 9/10, it's been buffed! It does 2nds splash damage instead of 1.5 and it hits a full 3x3 area instead of only half a space in each direction in three rows.

Winter Beanie Melon: 10/10, the Challenge Zones are suicide without this or Premiums, and I think this is a better option than spending real money.

Nerdy Lily: 10/10, It makes Challenge Zones SO MUCH EASIER.

Imitater: 10/10, practically a requirement for Terror from Tomorrow.

Hero Laser: 8/10, good OP crowd control.

Short-sighted Blover: 4/10, not much use for it anymore.

Blenderhead Citron: 7/10, great for Robo-Cones and Garg Primes.

Me.Ga.Peach: 8/10, deals with some of the most annoying zombies, including Garg Primes.

Infi-nut: 9/10, the best nut ever!

Magnifying Grass: 6/10, good early attacker.

Tile Turnipcorn: 8/10, would be 10/10 but becomes underpowered after the third or fourth Power Tile.

Hippie-shroom: 7/10, good Plant Food, but mostly useless otherwise.

Viking-shroom: 9/10, OP Plant Food.

Hockey-shroom: 9/10, also OP, but not as good as Twin Sunflower.

Glasses-shroom: 8/10, cost increase and Laser Bean reduce its usefulness.

Liberty Bean: 5/10, rarely use it, but good for Sun Bombs.

Cape-shroom: 5/10, not as versatile as before.

Bow Pepper: 9/10, really useful, and kinda OP for the cost.

Lotus Pad: 8/10, required in most levels of Big Wave Beach.

Tangle Kelp: 4/10, what's the point in most levels? Killing one zombie is SOOO useful when there are a dozen others onscreen.

Bowler Bulb: 3/10, one of the worst bucking plants so far, due to nerfs.

Ducky Thistle: Let's see...did I like Cattail? Not really. Do I like a Cattail when there are millions of zombies swarming you in ordinary levels? Definitely not. 2/10.

Sailordile: 6/10, not much use, but it's not as bad as most of Big Wave Beach's plants.

Pyjama Launcher: 7/10, moderately powerful, but not as good as Cob Cannon or Winter Melon.

Mini-game and Puzzle Difficulties

This is how difficult I find Mini-games and Puzzles.

Zombotany: 3/10.

Wall-nut Bowling: 5/10.

Slot Machine: Luck based, between 2/10 and 5/10.

It's Raining Seeds: About 2/10 but sometimes as much as 5/10.

Heavy Weapon: 9/10, easy to lose, almost impossible to keep all the Lawnmowers.

Beghouled: 2/10, I've done it before the first Football Zombie appears.

Invisi-ghoul: 8/10, a nightmare and I hate it.

Seeing Stars: 3/10.

Zombiquarium: 0.000001/10.

Beghouled Twist: 1/10, easier than Beghouled.

Big Trouble Little Zombie: 5/10, too many Zombies with too little firepower.

Portal Combat: 7/10, pretty tough.

Column Like You See 'Em: Luck based, between 3/10 and 10/10.

Bobsled Bonanza: 10/10, but with the right strategy 2/10.

Zombie Nimble Zombie Quick: 3/10, the speed isn't a problem, but the length and jumping Zombies are.

Whack a Zombie: 7/10, too many Zombies to whack.

Last Stand: Dependent on Strategy, anywhere from 1/10 to 10/10.

Zombotany 2: 5/10, not too hard and very fun.

Wall-nut Bowling 2: 8/10, very tough, but quite fun.

Pogo Party: 3/10, EASY.

Dr. Zomboss's Revenge: Normally 4/10 or 5/10, but sometimes 10/10.

Vasebreaker: 1/10.

To the Left: 2/10.

Third Vase: 2/10.

Chain Reaction: 6/10.

M is for Metal: 3/10.

Scary Potter: 5/10.

Hokey Pokey: 5/10.

Another Chain Reaction: 8/10.

Ace of Vase: 5/10.

I, Zombie

I, Zombie: 1/10.

I, Zombie Too: 2/10.

Can You Dig It?: 3/10.

Totally Nuts: 3/10.

Dead Zeppelin: 2/10.

Me Smash!: 2/10.

ZomBoogie: 2/10.

Three Hit Wonder: 5/10.

All your brainz r belong to us: 8/10.

PvZA Stage Reviews

Here, I'll tell you my opinions on the PvZA stages, along with a difficulty rating out of ten. The difficulty rating is based on how hard it is with the plants available when you first play it, not when replaying with much more powerful plants.

The Boonies: Simple and easy tutorial stage. 1/10.

Dire Spires: Extension of the tutorial, only slightly harder. 2/10.

Cadaver Cavern: Still easy, just not tutorial easy. 3/10.

Park-n-Perish: Slightly challenging, but nothing too difficult. 4/10.

Killjoy Park: Here we go, the first REAL challenge. 5/10.

Sweaty Palms: Man, this is a big challenge, but not TOO big. 7/10.

U of Z: Pure EVIL! Stupid Footballers. 10/10.

Frostbite Falls: A good balance of difficulty and fun. 6/10.

Mildew Meadow: Meh, fairly easy due to the weak Imposters. 5/10.

Grey Matter Gardens: Similar difficulty to Sweaty Palms, not too easy, not too hard. 7/10.

The Sever Glades: A lot harder than everyone makes it out to be, but still, nothing I can't handle. 7/10.

The Sand Dooms: Sooo EASY! 4/10.

Zombitorium Manor: Those Gargs are sponges, they just absorb so much damage and just don't die! Overall though, lots of Zombifreeze makes the early levels easy. It's the additional paths and huge amounts of zombies in the later levels which makes it REALLY tough. 9/10.

Favorite Music

My Favourite PvZ Music that plays during levels are:

Watery Graves (Pool)

Graze the Roof (obviously Roof)

Brainiac Maniac (Dr. Zomboss)

Ultimate Battle (1-10, 2-10, 3-10, Column Like You See 'Em and Air Raid)

Loonboon (Some Mini-games like Wall-nut Bowling, Big Trouble Little Zombie and Zombie Nimble Zombie Quick)

Favorite Bands

  • Crush 40
  • Linkin Park
  • Skillet
  • Sick Puppies
  • Magna-fi
  • Three Doors Down

Worst Zombies!!!

Worst Plants!!!

  1. Enemy Chompers: Almost every variant of Chomper is a pain in the backside when you're fighting against them, especially playing as an All-star. I absolutely HATE being chomped.
  2. Chomp Thing: He. Is. So. Weak. He is an insult to one of the best classes in Garden Warfare! Heck, when I'm a zombie he's the only Chomper that I can almost always beat at point-blank range, even as an All-star.
  3. Bonk Choy: Why bother using it? Snapdragons cost the same amount, hit three rows and have crowd control and their Plant Food effect usually hits more zombies.
  4. Kernel-pults in I, Zombie: Whereas normal Kernel-pults are well-balanced, these guys have a habit of spamming butter. Who'd have thought I could hate cardboard so much?
  5. Berry Shooter: Before the nerf it was OP. Now it's weak, weak, WEAK.
  6. Camo Cactus: I thought I'd love the Cactus class, I love sniping. I generally dislike the class, even the Cactus that's meant to be the best at sniping. The Camo Cactus seems to miss for no reason when I'm aiming at a stationary target, and it does nowhere near enough damage to be useful.
  7. Chomper: In the 2D games, Chompers suck due to their painfully long chewing time. They're the reason that Bungee Blitz is insanely hard!
  8. Bowling Bulb: Powerful attacks to start...then it's weak as can be.
  9. Starfruit: The only way to make it effective is to spam it. You really wanna spam multiple columns of this when you can spam multiple columns of Kernel-pults or Repeaters instead?
  10. Pea Pod: Five-headed Pods are WAY too expensive for something that totally lacks crowd control. Can be made worthwhile if you buy Torchwoods though.

Non-PvZ Likes and Dislikes

My favourite games are Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Generations and the Halo series.

I also like Minecraft.

My least favourite games are most arcade games, and mario games...with the exception of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

I like to watch Doctor Who, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager and The Big Bang Theory on TV.

I also kind of like (even though I'm really too old for both of them) Littlest Pet Shop and...My Little you-know-what. So what, I recently became a Brony, big deal.

My YouTube

This is my YouTube channel! Check out my playlists!

I won't upload anything, but I will make playlists related and unrelated to PvZ. Most unrelated videos will be about Sonic games! :D

My Ninja Kiwi

Yeah, I'm on Ninja Kiwi. I just love the Bloons games there, that's why. Anyway, here's my account if you want to friend me. Just make sure to leave a message on my Talk Page to confirm that it's a user on this Wiki who wants to friend me there.

Also, I play BTD Battles, so if you want a private match there, just send me a message (here or on Ninja Kiwi).

Super Smash Flash 2: Best Characters EVAR!

  1. Black Mage: I love almost every single attack that this guy has. What game is he from though? I have absolutely no idea.
  2. Lloyd: I also have no idea what this guy is from, but I don't care, his pair of swords make for some powerful, powerful attacks.
  3. Mega Man: Not quite as many projectile attacks as I want...but still enough that he's a great ranged character.
  5. Jigglypuff: Combo, air combo, juggle offscreen, KO. Combo, air combo, ground combo, sing, rest, KO.
  6. Tails: I like all his specials, he has plenty of midair jumps, he has some pretty good, albeit slow, KO moves, and I'm biased towards him because he's my fave Sonic character.

Hmm...and only three of those characters are in actual Smash Bros. games. And one of those characters has a totally different moveset too.

P.S. Meta Knight too OP for me to like.

Cartoon Laws of Physics (random or what?)

I found these on Facebook, posted by Science is Awesome.

Cartoon Law I

Any body suspended in space will remain in space until made aware of its situation. Daffy Duck steps off a cliff, expecting further pastureland. He loiters in midair, soliloquizing flippantly, until he chances to look down. At this point, the familiar principle of 32 feet per second per second takes over.

Cartoon Law II

Any body in motion will tend to remain in motion until solid matter intervenes suddenly. Whether shot from a cannon or in hot pursuit on foot, cartoon characters are so absolute in their momentum that only a telephone pole or an outsize boulder retards their forward motion absolutely. Sir Isaac Newton called this sudden termination of motion the stooge's surcease.

Cartoon Law III

Any body passing through solid matter will leave a perforation conforming to its perimeter. Also called the silhouette of passage, this phenomenon is the speciality of victims of directed-pressure explosions and of reckless cowards who are so eager to escape that they exit directly through the wall of a house, leaving a cookie-cutout-perfect hole. The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

Cartoon Law IV

The time required for an object to fall twenty stories is greater than or equal to the time it takes for whoever knocked it off the ledge to spiral down twenty flights to attempt to capture it unbroken. Such an object is inevitably priceless, the attempt to capture it inevitably unsuccessful.

Cartoon Law V

All principles of gravity are negated by fear. Psychic forces are sufficient in most bodies for a shock to propel them directly away from the earth's surface. A spooky noise or an adversary's signature sound will induce motion upward, usually to the cradle of a chandelier, a treetop, or the crest of a flagpole. The feet of a character who is running or the wheels of a speeding auto need never touch the ground, especially when in flight.

Cartoon Law VI

As speed increases, objects can be in several places at once. This is particularly true of tooth-and-claw fights, in which a character's head may be glimpsed emerging from the cloud of altercation at several places simultaneously. This effect is common as well among bodies that are spinning or being throttled.

A wacky character has the option of self-replication only at manic high speeds and may ricochet off walls to achieve the velocity required.

Cartoon Law VII

Certain bodies can pass through solid walls painted to resemble tunnel entrances; others cannot. This trompe l'oeil inconsistency has baffled generations, but at least it is known that whoever paints an entrance on a wall's surface to trick an opponent will be unable to pursue him into this theoretical space.

The painter is flattened against the wall when he attempts to follow into the painting. This is ultimately a problem of art, not of science.

Cartoon Law VIII

Any violent rearrangement of feline matter is impermanent. Cartoon cats possess even more deaths than the traditional nine lives might comfortably afford. They can be decimated, spliced, splayed, accordion-pleated, spindled, or disassembled, but they cannot be destroyed. After a few moments of blinking self pity, they reinflate, elongate, snap back, or solidify.

A cat will assume the shape of its container. Cartoon Law IX

Everything falls faster than an anvil. Cartoon Law X

For every vengeance there is an equal and opposite revengeance. This is the one law of animated cartoon motion that also applies to the physical world at large. For that reason, we need the relief of watching it happen to a duck instead.

Cartoon Law Amendment A

A sharp object will always propel a character upward. When poked (usually in the buttocks) with a sharp object (usually a pin), a character will defy gravity by shooting straight up, with great velocity.

Cartoon Law Amendment B

The laws of object permanence are nullified for "cool" characters. Characters who are intended to be "cool" can make previously nonexistent objects appear from behind their backs at will. For instance, the Road Runner can materialize signs to express himself without speaking.

Cartoon Law Amendment C

Explosive weapons cannot cause fatal injuries. They merely turn characters temporarily black and smokey.

Cartoon Law Amendment D

Gravity is transmitted by slow-moving waves of large wavelengths. Their operation can be wittnessed by observing the behavior of a canine suspended over a large vertical drop. Its feet will begin to fall first, causing its legs to stretch. As the wave reaches its torso, that part will begin to fall, causing the neck to strech. As the head begins to fall, tension is released and the canine will resume its regular proportions until such time as it strikes the ground.

Cartoon Law Amendment E

Dynamite is spontaneously generated in "C-spaces" (spaces in which cartoon laws hold). The process is analogous to steady-state theories of the universe which postulated that the tensions involved in maintaining a space would cause the creation of hydrogen from nothing. Dynamite quanta are quite large (stick sized) and unstable (lit). Such quanta are attracted to psychic forces generated by feelings of distress in "cool" characters (see Amendment B, which may be a special case of this law), who are able to use said quanta to their advantage. One may imagine C-spaces where all matter and energy result from primal masses of dynamite exploding. A big bang indeed.

Randomness (Jokes and stuff)

Sonic Boss Jokes

Jokes about Sonic Bosses.

Green Hill Boss

[Eggman appears using a ball and chain to attack Sonic]

Sonic: "Really? That's your plan? Smash the Fastest Thing Alive with a WRECKING BALL???"

Eggman: "I'll adapt if you beat this."

Sonic: "Yeah right. Why not make a copy of me instead? Or a giant flying snake robot? Or a machine that collects aliens and uses them as fuel?"

Yep, this is how Eggman came up with his ideas.

King Boom Boo

[Boom Boo appears]

Knuckles: "WTF? A giant ghost? Called King Boom Boo? Does SEGA want to be sued by Nintendo? Man, what're they doing in their offices?"

Egg Dealer

Shadow: "You're going to defeat me, the Ultimate Life Form with a moving slot machine? Which I can use to my advantage just by doing a few Homing Attacks? What are you? Crazy? Or just running out of ideas?"

Egg Dragoon

[Sonic the Werehog jumps onto the machine, and Eggman tries to shoot a missile at Sonic, who dodges.]

Eggman: "My precious machine! Look what you made me do!"

Sonic: "You really shoot a giant missile at me while I was CLINGING ONTO THE MACHINE???"
