It actually consists of 3 different plants, but its description says "When played: This gets +2/+2 if there's a Plant with Team-Up here." If it were to be adressed as plural, then it should've said "When played: These get +2/+2 if there's a Plant with Team-Up here."
Plus, it looks a bit more organized. Who agrees with me?

Choice #2. No. Address them as plural since it's actually more than 1 Plant/Zombie.
