First off, why has the manual of style not been updated with the gender neutral rules back in place yet?

So, this is kind of a continuation of the separation war threads. I'm not opening that can of worms anymore, as it seems pretty clear what the winning decision for those will always be.

But this is different. Why do we have pages for Explode-o-nut and Giant Wall-nut in PvZ 1? They only appear in a mini-game. Why should they have their own page while tiny zombies, bowling bulbs' individual bulbs, invisible zombies, and others don't? They can easily be described on the pages for Wall-nut Bowling 1 & 2. They don't warrant having their own page. So what should we do?

    • Choice 1: Merge PvZ 1 Explode-o-nut and Giant Wall-nut with the pages for Wall-nut Bowling and Wall-nut Bowling 2
    • Choice 2: Keep them, and create pages for other mini-game exclusive plants/zombies
    • Choice 3: Leave things as they are

    • It is very simple. The nuts and the zombotany zombies are separated because they are different. There isn't another plant or zombie with the same ability. However the others you referred are just reskins of pre existant stuff.

There's zero reason to merge these pages, aside from sparking yet another separation war.

There is no reason to merge them, most notably Explode-o-nut which is also available in Plants vs. Zombies 2

They're still their own plants. They have enough information to keep their own pages, and all three have non-Bowling versions (though Giant Wall-nut's is only in a removed mini-game).

I literally have no idea which one would be better

Explode-o-nut and Giant Wall-nut have more distinctive differences, which the normal Wall-nut doesn't have.
      • Tiny zombies are just tiny forms of zombies with lower health.
      • Special bulbs are part of the original Bowling Bulb and PF effect.
      • Invisible zombies, are you going to be illogical?

And for those saying Explode-o-nut is in PvZ2, as I said in the Seperation War thread, it's extremely different. And when it comes to gender rules, there's a species of plants, but in merge rules (in which the rules STATE if there's 3 differences they HAVE to be separated, but apparently people don't care about that) there's only one? But I have to wait a month to fully comment on this again.

Explode-O-Nut in PvZ2 is technically just the non-Bowling form, and Wall-nut's page has both the non-Bowling and Bowling forms...

Wait a second, isn't the rule one difference is merged, two or more is separated?

I meant seperated, allow me to fix that XD

As per others, since there's enough to say about bowling nuts unlike what you mentioned.

Someone456, I think the problem is that they're the same zombies, just invisible.

      They're two separate cards.

The reason why I said "per" is because they already explained my thoughts. How do I expand on them?

Simply add a reason that also comes from you. It doesn't have to be a long one though.

You can expand on what I said about Explode-o-nut.
