Aqua Vine

Aqua Vine is an upcoming plant found in the code for Plants vs. Zombies 2. It can be planted on both land and water, and is able to be planted with ground or water type plant on the same tile. When planted on land without an aquatic plant on top of it or on water with a non-aquatic plant on top of it, it attacks zombies with a jet of water every 2.7-2.75 seconds, dealing heavy damage and knock back for one tile. When planted on land with an aquatic plant on top of it or on water without a non-aquatic plants on top of it, its projectiles pierce through zombies, while losing the knockback effect and its attack cooldown reducing to 2.25 seconds. All types of its projectiles are able to extinguish zombie fire.

Hint: Aqua Vine can support ground type plants in water and water type plants on ground. Use this versatility to optimize your plant placement.
Plant Food: Attracts zombies and then blasts them away with a jet of water.

Once during its regular morning jog, Aqua Vine tied a taco to the end of a string in the hopes of getting Dave to exercise. Who knew Dave could be so fast?

Mangofier

Mangofier is an upcoming plant found in the code for Plants vs. Zombies 2. It has two forms of attack, dealing damage to a single high-health target or multiple low-health targets.

Short description

Toggles between focus or spread launcher fire modes.

Almanac entry

Utility launcher plant that can be toggled between focus and cluster firing modes. Its long range attacks can reach all parts of the lawn.

Hint: Mangofier's long range attack can switch between focus damage, taking out high value targets or spread damage to take out multiple smaller threats.
Plant Food: Focuses ambient energy to continuously blast zombies on the lawn.

Mangofier's straightforward nature leaves little for the imagination. But one thing still remains a mystery and has stumped even the brightest minds. What is the Mangofier's beam made out of? Numerous hypotheses have been made... Solar Radiation? A form of Thermal Condensation? Reverse Photosynthesis? Dave claims to know the answer, and has published an 8 page thesis on this subject. Titled 'Wabby Wab-boobo'!
