Super Bean is a new plant boss in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. It is a large Laser Bean like boss with a large red cape, similar to one of the Laser Bean's costumes in Plants vs. Zombies 2. It can move and hover in the air, and it is able to create a large shield around it, meaning that Zombies must penetrate the shield before they can attack the Super Bean. When this circular blue shield is destroyed, Super Bean will teleport himself using a portal it has created. It mostly attacks by swooping down or by shooting laser-beams, the latter attack being known as Laserbean, as well as whirlwinds. It can also stomp on the ground to deal damage which is known as Trample. When it has low health though, it can fire a much stronger laser called Overbean which bears similar to the original Laser Bean's Plant Food.
