Sticky Healy Thingys can be placed anywhere to provide instant healing to yourself and anyone nearby, making it a great tool to heal yourself and/or groups of zombies. It can also be used after Warp to get out of a bad situation and heal up before going back in again.
There's really nothing you can do, but if you have a Sticky Healy Thingy stuck to you, try not to run into a horde of zombies as it will just heal them, making your attacks futile. Instead run away, causing the Scientist to either not get the healing or chase you down and risk getting in more danger.
