Tips
Green Shadow's decks are primarily focused on using her Legendaries to full advantage. She will likely do nothing turn 1, and soon follow with Doubled Mint, and later use Bananasaurus Rex. Letting the match drag on is not a good thing, since she will be able to play dangerous cards such as Winter Melon and The Great Zucchini later on, which can render your defenses useless. Impfinity is a good hero to use during this mission, as he has access to 
Deadly zombies, damaging tricks, useful legendaries, and can decently rush. Beastly heroes are also recommended for the boss, as Zombie Yetis are preplaced, which can help boost Cat Lady. Any Hearty hero will be decent as well, being able to Rolling Stone the Doubled Mint on turn 2. On turn 4, as The Smash, wait until turn 5, and Locust Swarm any dangerous plants such as Bananasaurus Rex. As Rustbolt, if you have it, use Rocket Science on dangerous plants.
