Sap Trap refreshes faster if it doesn't deal any damage.

Reduces the cooldown duration of Sap Trap to 1 second if it does not hit an enemy.

Aim well: if it lands directly on your target, it can do 4 times as much damage as if it is only detonated nearby. Very useful against smaller enemies and enemies with low health, such as the Imp.

If the Acorn misses you, run so the Sap Trap doesn't affect you. If you see a Sap Trap stuck on an ally, destroy it for XP.

  • Sap Trap is the only ability that Acorn retains when riding atop an Oak.
