Unlike the former two Wildflowers, Pumpkin Wildflower is not spawnable and only appears as a mook enemy in the free roam areas as well as in Graveyard Ops mostly on the Spooky Squash elite boss wave. It deals ranged damage to zombies.
As confirmed by the Wildflower class, Pumpkin Wildflowers' primary weapon is the Stinging Petal, it deals moderate damage at a fair distance and can only fire in bursts of three at a time. Pumpkin Wildflowers will prefer using their primary, backing up when their opponent gets close.
Abilities[]
Flower Chop: Pumpkin Wildflower's melee attack. As one would assume, Flower Chop deals more damage than Pumpkin Wildflowers ranged attack, but at a far shorter distance and at a much slower pace. Pumpkin Wildflowers will only use Flower Chop if a target is too close to them, before backing up and using their ranged weapons instead.
Bloom Boom: An explosive knockback grenade sometimes thrown by Pumpkin Wildflowers. It deals heavier damage then their primary if it lands a direct hit, but it's splash attack will do very little damage if any at all. Targets hit by the grenade or its splash will always be launched towards the Pumpkin Wildflower that threw it.
Strategy[]
Despite its above average health one shouldn't worry about defeating a Pumpkin Wildflower, as any associated strategy necessary to defeat a standard Wildflower will work just as well. However, one should still be weary of its ranged attacks.
