This can be an incredibly hard one-time hitter depending on how many plants you have on the field. It is best to play this when there are many plants on the field, since it gets a lot of strength from its ability. Plants with the Team-Up trait like Shellery, Wall-Nut, or Puff-Shroom can help boost it as they can fit two plants in one lane and can protect Mushroom Ringleader. Plants that can benefit mushroom tribe plants such as Buff-Shroom and Punish-Shroom can help protect this plant even further.

Because plants play after zombies, try to plant this when you are having a lot of plants and on an empty lane, it can deal massive damage to the zombie hero and makes the battle finish faster. Captain Combustible has Time to Shine, which means you can use it along with Mushroom Ringleader to do huge damage to a zombie or your opponent for just 4 sun. Or you can combine this with Spring Bean or Squash to clear that lane, making advantage for you. Increasing its health to help it survive longer is also not a bad choice.

Mushroom Ringleader is a premiumuncommonplantcard in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes, and a member of the Kabloom class. It costs 3 to play, and has 1. It does not have any traits, and its ability gives it +2 for every plant on the field, excluding it, when it is played.
Its name is a portmanteau on "fairy ring" or "mushroom ring", and "ringleader", referring to the fact that it is the leader of a small ring of small mushrooms.

This can be an incredibly hard one-time hitter depending on how many plants you have on the field. It is best to play this when there are many plants on the field, since it gets a lot of strength from its ability. Plants with the Team-Up trait like Shellery, Template:PvZHLink, or Template:PvZHLink can help boost it as they can fit two plants in one lane and can protect Mushroom Ringleader.
Or you can combine this with Template:PvZHLink or Template:PvZHLink to clear that lane, making advantage for you. Increasing its health to help it survive longer is also not a bad choice.
Whatever you do, though, do not play Mushroom Ringleader alone. Despite being a plant, it does not count towards its own boost. The result is your Mushroom Ringleader ending up with only 1 health and no strength, being equal to Lil' Buddy.
Against
This plant has incredibly low health, so any damaging/health-reducing card such as Nibble, Acid Rain, Pied Piper or Conga Zombie can easily destroy this plant, as long as it is not boosted. Rocket Science and Cut Down to Size help too when this gets too out of control. You can also use a cheap zombie such as Cell Phone Zombie to block Mushroom Ringleader's hit and possibly defeat it, as long as its health is not boosted, though this is not recommended as the Kabloom class has many options of defeating obstructing zombies.
