Mob Cob is a Super Rare variant of Kernel Corn in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. It is shown to have a gangster theme to it and has wooden guns as its primary weapon. Its description in the character selection screen states that its shots penetrate zombies, and it does slightly more damage in exchange for a slight decrease in rate of fire. It has 35 ammo. It had been seen in certain parts of developer diaries, especially in the Backyard Battleground. A better glimpse of it was seen in the Multiplayer Beta trailer, and it was also a playable character in the actual beta of the game. It was the only Kernel Corn variant playable in the beta.

- Mob Cob is the only character who can shoot through multiple zombies at once, with one bullet. This doesn't apply to the Shuck Shot.
