Pre-1.7 and Chinese icon
King Nut is an achievement in Plants vs. Zombies 2. It requires the player to unleash the Mummified Gargantuar or actually beat Ancient Egypt - Day 6. It is worth 25 points on Game Center for iOS devices and 2,500 XP on Google Play Games for Android devices.
Before the 1.7 update, the player had to complete all Ancient Egypt levels to unlock this achievement.
Origins[]
Its name is a portmanteau of King Tutankhamun, also known as King Tut, a well-known pharaoh who hailed from ancient Egypt and "nut," referring to the Wall-nut that was on the original icon.
Its Spanish name, however, is a portmanteau of Nefertiti, a well-known queen who married with Akhenaten from ancient Egypt and "Nuez," referring to the Wall-nut's spanish name that was on the original icon.

Trivia[]
- Before the 1.7 update, Wall-nut was on the icon with an Egyptian appearance instead of a Mummified Gargantuar.
- This is because Gargantuars were not added to the game yet.
- The achievement's description mistakenly says "Egypt Gargantuar" instead of Mummified Gargantuar.
