This card is extremely useful and can be a big game changer, as it heals you for 6 health for such a low brain cost. Heroic Health can be played in any situation (whether you just want to heal up or have to save yourself desparately), but it is not recommended to play it when you have lost less than 6 since it won't be used to its full potential. All you have to do is to save 1 brain when the situation is dire. Remember that the game ends once a hero is defeated and you do not want to be the defeated one.
Against[]
Although you cannot counter this trick directly, you can make sure that the total damage done to your opponent is more than 6. You can also play Black-Eyed Pea or Sportacus to make your opponent reconsider their choice, or play Brainana prevent them from playing it at all.

Trivia[]
Every time it pulses, the player can see more wires inside the heart, referencing the blood veins and capillaries inside a real human heart.
The heart in the statistics and in-game doesn't depict Band-Aids, unlike the card image.
