Head Banger is an achievement in Plants vs. Zombies 2. It requires the player to use Magnet-shroom to kill a Punk Zombie. It is worth 10 points on Game Center and 1,000 XP on Google Play Games for Android devices.
Origins
The term "head banger" refers to a person that headbangs very often.
Strategies
This achievement is very easy to earn. Simply go to a level with Punk Zombies and select a Magnet-shroom. Wait for a Punk Zombie to appear and then plant a Magnet-shroom to steal his head and get this achievement. However, beware of Buckethead Zombies that blend in with the Punk Zombies. Since both of them have magnetic headwear, the Magnet-shroom may attract a bucket instead of the head of a Punk Zombie. Using Plant Food on a Magnet-shroom attracts both buckets and Punk Zombie heads at the same time, making it useful if there are many Neon Buckethead Zombies and few Punk Zombies.
