Its name is based off the saying "With great power, comes great responsibility."
The fact that it is conjured by Grape Power if used is another reference to this saying, as Grape Power is giving the plant hero a Grape Responsibility.
Grape Responsibility is also shaped like a heart, a reference to its ability of doubling a plant's health.

Strategies
With
Grape Responsibility, despite its cost, is a very powerful card. If used on the right card, it can become a nearly unstoppable wall, or simply be able to survive longer.
A very powerful example is to use it on Health-Nut or Pecanolith, with the former being able to now deal 8 damage and the latter being able to deal 14 damage to the enemy hero. A Wall-Nut is also useful with this trick as it will provide large protection to guard the lane.
Grass Knuckles can use this effectively with Doubled Mint, as it will cause its health to quadruple in two turns, provided it takes no damage during the fight phase.
Against
Though it is cheap, this card can become a massive threat if the plant hero uses it on the right card. Treat any plant affected by this like how it was before, but with twice as much health. If you are extremely worried about this card, Defensive End can make it cost more to deter the plant hero from playing it, or Fraidy Cat to make the plant hero think twice about playing it so that Fraidy Cat doesn't become a potential danger.
Regardless of the plants' health, you want to focus on their strength so you can destroy it easily. This can include from Weed Spray to Rocket Science to Deadly cards. So if you have these cards, you can destroy these plants, even if they have a ton of health.
You can also bounce a plant that has their health doubled to negate it.
