The cliff you need to stand on as well as the dock you need to land on in order to unlock this medal
Head to the hill leading to the KPVN station in Sundrop Hills. There will be a large square-shaped cliff near the tunnel as well as a chest near it. Looking downwards, you can see some sort of wooden dock floating on a cliff. This is where you need to land on to unlock this medal. Sprint on the square cliff, and when you hit the edge of it, immediately jump to the max height towards the dock. Once you start losing height, use the Rocket Jump ability to propel yourself and land on the dock. The medal should unlock afterwards.
