Rustbolt's Revenge! is the thirty-ninth mission for the plant side in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. The main opposing zombie hero in this mission is Rustbolt. This mission also features Super Brainz and Immorticia as opposing zombie heroes.

Rustbolt starts with 2 on the 3rd and 4th lanes. The player starts out with all of their superpowers. The player cannot perform Super Blocks.

This deck is a full sports deck. Take caution when using powerful plants, as he does possess Rocket Science. Terrify is also in his deck, and he can use this to boost Arm Wrestler easily.

Teammate Battle (I)

Super Brainz will try and hit hard with Anti-Hero. He has many options to attack upfront, as well as many options for bonus attacks. Shield crusher Viking is also in his deck, which can be troubling if it hits your hero.

Teammate Battle (II)

Immorticia barely has any zombies in play. However, she makes up for it with tricks. Mad Chemist will supply her with more tricks to use, while she buffs Paparazzi Zombie. Like Super Brainz, she has Shieldcrusher Viking, so defeat it as fast as possible. She also has Trickster, so avoid taking too much damage before she can finish with Trickster.

Boss Battle

Rustbolt still runs a Sports deck, however, now he has access to Undying Pharaoh. His supply of them is plentiful as well, so using plants that can attack after it's defeated, like Repeater or Re-Peat Moss, may be the key to winning.
