Garden Crazy icon in the Xbox One version
Garden Crazy is an achievement in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare. To get it, the player must complete Garden Ops on crazy difficulty.
Strategies[]
The difficulty can be varied, due to the online multiplayer aspects of Garden Ops, and how skilled you and your teammates are - however, completing Garden Ops on Crazy difficulty alone is definitely possible. (If you do wish to try this achievement solo, don't forget to set your Ops match to "Invite Only" if you wish to play alone without random players.)
Working with teammates is much more preferable. However, teaming up with random players will often result in a loss, due to the zombies increasing in density as more players join. It is recommended to have at least one Sunflower, if you are completing this achievement with a team. It is also highly suggested to have a lot of Potted Plants, and replant them every wave. You should use good ranged damage dealers such as the Fire Peashooter or the Laser Bean, and most importantly the Heal Flower to heal yourself if you do not have the aid of a Sunflower.
On waves 3 and 8, there will be Bonus Objectives, however it is not recommended to go out of your way to complete these, as you will often end up vanquished in the process. Try to stay on the high ground, and away from the zombies if possible. Be prepared to hide behind cover when necessary.
Peashooter and their variants are often the best offensive picks for Garden Ops. It is not recommended to play Chomper or their variants due to their entirely up-close nature.
After completing the ten waves, players should make their way to the Landing Zone as soon as possible. However, It should be greatly emphasized that all players must be in the Landing Zone to get this achievement, regardless if at least one player makes it out. Using Self Revives when there is little time on the clock is a good strategy to escape with all players.
Sharkbite Shores Solo Strategy - Peashooter[]
A somewhat well-known strategy to get this achievement alone is to play on the Sharkbite Shores map, as any Peashooter variant. (high damage characters such as Agent Pea or Plasma Pea are recommended.)
Go to the left-most garden from spawn, next to the ocean. You should see an arch-looking structure in front of the garden - using the Peashooter's Hyper or Super Pea Jump you will be able to jump on top of it. This is the most safest place to be from the zombies - not only is it above the ground to protect yourself from melee threats, but there are also places to hide behind for cover when necessary. However - specific bosses, (along with Foot Soldier and their variants) specifically the Disco Zombie and Baron Von Bats, are able to jump to higher ground to attack you up close. Utilize Hyper to escape enemies if you are low on health, and don't forget to bring Heal Flowers to heal yourself in-between waves.
