Epic Quest: Buffz & Bruisez! is an Epic Quest in Plants vs. Zombies 2 that was released in the 6.9.1 update. As it name says, it is a tutorial to all three effects of Buffz & Bruisez. Completing this Quest will reward the player a piñata.

Battle zombies that are WEAK to damage from Fila-mint family plants!

Penny: Some levels may have Buffz & Bruisez active.
Penny: This means zombies can be weak, resistant, or immune to damage from certain plant families.
Penny: This time, zombies are WEAK to plants in the Fila-mint family.
Penny: Lightning Reeds will do a lot of damage.

Battle zombies that RESIST damage from Fila-mint family plants!

Penny: Buffz & Bruisez can work the other way as well.
Penny: Zombies can resist damage from certain plant families.
Penny: This time, zombies RESIST damage from plants in the Fila-mint family.
Penny: Lightning Reeds will do less damage than normal.

Battle zombies that are IMMUNE to damage from Fila-mint family plants!

Penny: At the greatest extreme, Buffz & Bruisez can nullify a plant family completely.
Penny: This time, zombies are IMMUNE to damage from plants in the Fila-mint family.
Penny: Lightning Reeds will do no damage. Use them as blockers!
