If you were looking for the Plants vs. Zombies Online variant, see Electric Anemone (PvZO).

Electric Anemone is a plant in Plants vs. Zombies: Journey to the West. It is unlocked in an underwater world. It attacks with an electric field in a 3x3 area around itself, similar to the Gloom-shroom. It can only be planted underwater.

Trivia

  • It seems to not be a plant, but a sea anemone.
    • Interestingly enough, Sea Anemones are animals rather than plants.
  • Although its seed packet looks like an upgrade plant seed packet, it is not an upgrade plant.
    • This was mostly intentional to prevent this plant from getting imitated by Imitater .
  • Electric Anemone, Lightning Reed, It's PvZO conterpart, Magnet-shroom, Gold Magnet, Citron, and E.M.Peach are the only plants that generate electricity.
    • However, Lightning Reed, Electric Anemone and and its Plants vs. Zombies Online counterpart are the only three out of these plants that uses plain electricity, as opposed to electromagnetism.
