The Dreadroot is a plant in Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. It is a mook enemy which is found in the Weirding Woods.
Strategy
When you attack the Dreadroot, you should always hide behind an object, as his "laser beam attack" is quite powerful. Foot Solders' ZPG is good for attacking the Dreadroot as it deals damage and there's time to aim for the Dreadroot.
The Dreadroot is also fast and can deal slight damage when it swiches to a mode where it partially buries under the ground, so the player should always move once in a while.
