Dave's House (formerly called Neighborville) is the first location in Plants vs. Zombies 3. Battles take place on the front yard of Crazy Dave's House. The location is often used as a tutorial area to showcase boosts and multiple plants. It consists of 55 levels in total, split into two sets.

Gimmick

Unlike previous incarnations of unsodded tiles where they’re only found in tutorial levels, here they functioned as Neighborville’s gimmick. Unsodded tiles couldn’t have plants planted on them. They appeared in different spots throughout each level.

Trivia

• This location used to have associated biome names, first being called “Backyard” in the September 2021 beta, then “Your House” in the April 2022 beta and it was finally renamed “Dave’s House” in the October release of the same year. The 2024 release was the first version to loose the location name “Neighborville”, with the biome name now functioning as the location's name.
• In the background, Dave’s car from the original Plants vs. Zombies can be seen.
• This location was the only one in the game to have 2 versions of it’s level theme.
