Dandelion Weed (Dandelion in Battle for Neighborville) is a plant in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 and Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. They are first seen in the commentary for Backyard Battleground. They are a Spawnable Weed which can only be summoned in Herbal Assault.
Dandelion Weeds are the plant equivalent of the Exploding Imp and the Explody Gnome, and as such, they run up to zombies and explode. Their attack is named Dandelion Explode.
In Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville the player can play as a controllable Dandelion Weed though the Wildflower ability Weed Out.
