Strategies

With

Cross-Polination can be an alternate as card draw in Solar class. While it can conjure a Flower and Fruit card, it's a lucky draw as you can have strong cards like Dandy Lion King, Soul Patch, Poppin' Poppies, Briar Rose, Gravitree, Bananasaurus Rex, Transfiguration and Dark Matter Dragonfruit, or you may ended up with weak cards such as Bellflower and Pear Pal. Having to conjure Flower and Fruit, Cross-Polination can be used to activate cards with Dino-Roar ability as doing so activates their Dino-Roar ability twice. As Chompzilla, you can use Captain Cucumber to lower the cost of both Flower and Fruit card conjured even more. You can also play Re-Peat Moss to do the bonus attack since it's a trick.

However, be careful when Fraidy Cat is on the field, as it will boost itself and moves to another lane once this card is played. Also, watch out with Quickdraw Con Man, as it will do 2 unblockable damage to you.

Against

Cross-Pollination is an irritating trick, mainly because it can conjure a Flower and Fruit card which had a chance to turn a tide into you.

As it conjures cards to themselves, Quickdraw Con Man and Fraidy Cat can punish your opponent from playing it, making them in a dire situation. Defensive End is a better choice, as it makes Cross-Pollination (as well as the Conjured trick) cost more, preventing them for playing that card.
