Every month, the player can get these new plants in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2.

Trivia[]

• Before the 1.8.0 update, most monthly special plants had the Ancient Egypt background in their Almanac before being switched to Player's House grass background.
  • Exceptions of this were Pyro-shroom and Cryo-shroom, which had the Dark Ages background while Landlord Bamboo, Sap-fling and Ghost Pepper had the Big Wave Beach background.
