insert some joke here
Ay, as you all know there's a rule for normal (non-promotion) votes, that is basically, even if there's a huge different in supports, but yet isn't 65% of the votes supportive, ssaid thread will just end as if it got opposed.
While i do understand this is an attempt to, i don't know, stop certain votes from just "sneaking in" by a really small difference, do you really think a vote having 64.5% is THAT "wrong" to get essentially opposed (as in, failed due to the percentage being smaller than the required one), or maybe one that had 55%? 60%?
Wether this passes or not, what i'm proposing is, if a majority votes supports a voting thread, for example. It /probably/ (unless, i don't know, they're really blind) is because the vote was proposed well enough, or they thought the idea would help the Wikia in a decently big way. Needing a specific number (65%) is pretty much basically saying "Oh, this vote would be a great help, definetly useful in a lot of ways, but it appears there was like 3 opposes... sorry dude, rules are rules".
And as always, this is just my opinion (and some others probably too) about this, and why it may or may not be needed. But that's really up to ya'll, if this gets 65% of the votes as support, it means we won't need to be waiting that criteria anymore (and also means an irony happened, in a way)
