The years and placements of the various time periods in this list might not be accurate. Blame my lazy grass for not doing enough research on these topics.
This is completed (for now).

Pendants and Artifacts in International
Pendants are a feature in PvZ 2, they can be unlocked in Piñatas along with Puzzle Pieces, they also can be purchased in Store and they are part of some bundles. They have his own menu called "inventory" and they can be aplied to some plants.
Mints and Imitater can't hold pendants
Artifacts are new upgrades, they can be unlocked in the store with money and they have habilities when used.
They can be selected after starting a level, they appear at the end of the plant selecting and only one of they can be selected.
PvZ2C Puzzle Pieces Guide
This is a guide on how to obtain puzzle pieces for every plant in PvZ2C. If you don't know what something means, I made a useful table at the end of this post!
This blog is under construction and I'll be adding more plants when I have the time.
means the plant may no longer be in this shop/event at this moment, but previously was.

Survival: Roof (Insane)
Lots of flags in one pick-a-seed. Lots of unique zombies, choose your plants wisely! Or else... THE ZOMBIES WILL EAT YOUR BRAINS!!
Every flag lasts just a few seconds
- You start with 500 sun.
- x5 Sun falling speed.
- x5 Recharge speed.
- Every sun is just Big Sun in disguise as Normal Sun. (meaning 50 sun instead of 25.)

IDK why I spent so much unnecessary time making this crap which will probably never leave the concepts stage.

Balancing All Plants
As the title reads, I will be balancing all plants. I currently don't have most of the premium/event plants, but I'll try my best. I will also rework levels, seed-packets, and even rework what worlds have what plants.
So first of all, let's rework the worlds plants are unlocked in:
I've reorganized all the plants.
Ancient Egypt, all the way to Dark Ages, only has 8 plants per world.
Jurassic Marsh to Modern Day has 9 plants per world.
100 Gem plants, Event Unlock plants, and Mints can all be unlocked for 3 USD if you're too lazy.
Adventure Mode plants can be bought for 2 USD if you're way too lazy to normally progress and cannot be unlocked with seed packets.
Pinatas unlocked in worlds now (level unlock or quest unlock) give out 15 seedpackets, …

Plant Reviews (kinda controversial)
Hi, I'm DunKling, and welcome to my very controversial plant reviews that you might not agree with, since I'm not really good at the game!
Plant Rankings:
S tier : Best plants that you can pick. Extremely versatile , and is overall, an excellent plant to use on any occasion.
A tier: It's a pretty good plant! A powerful plant that can be used on most occasions and has quite a lot of pros.
B tier : A good plant that you can use on quite a lot of occasions, has some cons, but they're not that major.
C tier : A decent or outclassed plant, there are better options, but they're still ok at what they do.
D tier : A weak plant . Either very situational or has pretty bad stats.
F tier: I don't accept it as a plant.
Let's just start with the basic tutorial …
