The Barbell was the main weapon of Weightlifter Zombies in Plants vs. Zombies Adventures. Weightlifter Zombie would instantly kill the first plant he encountered unless it was a Hard-nut with enough health, which would make him lose his barbell. Magnet Plant could steal the barbell along with the Weightlifter Zombie's arm.

The barbell absorbs 800 damage per shot before falling off with Weightlifter Zombie's arm. It does not degrade. The barbell can take the damage of one instant-kill as long as it is on Weightlifter Zombie.
